Perzactly!

(Sharing with "the class": http://vb.mvps.org/images/BallmerCEO.gif )

Vista was released right at the end of 2006, and while MSFT rose (from it's lowest
post-Gates price ever) in anticipation, it fell almost immediately as the market
realized what had been wrought.

The peak last year coincided with the release of Halo3. Make of it what you will.

To claim MSFT "successful" following the ascendency of Ballmer is clearly
disingenuous (being charitable).

Old habits die hard, huh, Paul? Smile

That net.cop routine of yours must either provide you with a huge high, or (my bet)
it's gotta be geting old by now, eh? I know the peanut gallery lost interest long
ago.

Again with the unsubstantiable bullsh!t, eh, Paul?

Never let truth get in *your* way, right?

About par for the course, I'd say. Smile

Actually, that was because Jim Allchin faced off eye to eye, and he blinked.

With that brown nose of yours, that ain't never gonna happen, is it?

Can you please take this discussion to email or to a forum where it is
actually relevant. This has nothing at all to do with VPC.
